Lee Patterson

Lee Patterson, MSW
Social Work Outreach Program Coordinator

Lee has worked extensively with the Affordable Care Act, and connecting the community to reliable information and tools. An avid community volunteer, she is passionate about survivor services as well as social justice and equity. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina.

Sharita Moultrie

Sharita Moultrie, MSW
Community Health Specialist

Sharita specializes in educating the community on health and wellness issues, and connecting them to a variety of trustworthy resources. She is passionate about community engagement; social justice and equality; and women’s empowerment. Sharita pursued a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina after an empowering internship with SC Thrive.
